In April 2017, I embarked on my real estate career as an associate broker at Keller Williams in Santa Fe, New Mexico. It didn't take long for me to achieve success, and I was honored to be recognized as the 2017 Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams—a testament to my dedication and hard work.

In January 2018, I took a significant step forward and formed my own team. By bringing on a Buyer Broker and an Admin/TC, we began serving clients with the utmost professionalism and commitment. As our reputation grew, we made a strategic move in the middle of 2019, joining a locally-owned brokerage and expanding our team by welcoming my son, who had recently obtained his real estate license.

However, my entrepreneurial spirit and my desire to provide a unique real estate experience led me to establish 7th Level Realty in late spring 2020. With the assistance of a trusted friend serving as the Qualifying/Principal Broker, I embarked on my Broker class journey. By February 2021, I proudly assumed the role of Qualifying Broker myself, overseeing our operations with unwavering commitment to excellence.

Our journey continued to be filled with exciting developments. In May 2022, 7th Level Realty transitioned into a virtual office, adapting to the changing landscape of the industry. Then, in August 2022, my family and I made the exciting decision to relocate to Logan, Utah. It was here that we officially opened 7th Level Realty Utah on February 14th, 2023—a truly memorable day for us, coinciding with my wife obtaining her real estate license.

Today, we operate both our New Mexico and Utah brokerages virtually, leveraging advanced technology and our expertise to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Our office headquarters now proudly resides in Logan, UT, serving as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and growth.

Sondra, an alum of the University of New Mexico, was raised amidst the spectacular landscape of New Zealand. Her parents, having met in the culturally rich city of Santa Fe, instilled in her an appreciation for varied cultures and the beauty of travel. This early exposure to different environments played a pivotal role in shaping her perspectives and aspirations. 

During her time at the University of New Mexico, Sondra immersed herself in the Southwest's unique environment, cultivating a blend of local understanding and academic curiosity. Her commitment to sustainable living and environmental stewardship was further solidified through her achievement as a Certified Permaculture Designer, a qualification that complements her deep-seated appreciation for nature and sustainable practices. Additionally, her expertise in gardening and environmental conservation is evidenced by her qualification as a Master Gardener. 

Sondra’s entrepreneurial journey began in Santa Fe, where she owned and operated several businesses in the art sector. These ventures were not only a testament to her business acumen but also reflected her passion for the arts and her dedication to the Santa Fe community.

The transition to a career in real estate was a natural evolution for Sondra, marrying her entrepreneurial drive with her profound connection to New Mexico. Obtaining her real estate license in 2019 marked a significant milestone in her professional journey. Further enhancing her expertise, Sondra recently completed the Santa Fe Specialist certification program, affirming her deep understanding and specialization in the Santa Fe real estate market.
